The Nines is one of those places that is a real joy to just relax in and spend some time. The Nines serves up more than food, with a lively bar scene (after 10pm bands play live music); an outdoor patio perfect for warm weather dinning - all of this takes place in a funky retired historic firehouse just a few steps from Cornell's campus. Cornell Alumnus? Enjoy the time warping that happens after downing a few beers while nuzzled up to the friendly and inviting bar. Pure joy.
Service: Friendly, willing to go the extra step - our waitress kindly brought carrots for our toddler to nibble on while we waited for our pizza.

The Pizza:
Deep Dish: 7 Pizza's out of 10
Pizza Americana: 6 Pizza's out of 10

Deep Dish Pizza: is the better of the two pizza's and more enjoyable to eat.
The crust/dough is sweet, light and fluffy and a joy to eat when the cheese and bread are piping hot.
The cheese is plentiful and nicely melted and browned in spots.
The sauce is spread liberally and compliments the cheese.

Pizza Americana: The cheese and sauce are the same from the Deep Dish pizza.
The crust is doughy, slightly sweet, and a bit undercooked for our taste.

Salty- both pizza styles are salty.
