Pizza Style: New York style thin crust
See who can streeeechh the cheese the longest. Their cheese is great, and when it is hot out of the oven oh-so-stretchy and wonderfully gooey. They have a really interesting selection of toppings.
Not too Salty – this is one of the least salty pizza we have tasted. Too bad they are 15 minutes away.
The crust is perfectly thin, a classic NY thin crust. Makes you want to have more than one piece on your plate (if only you could fit them.)
The sauce is flavorful.

Dining Room Facts: Great Ambiance - ideal for small town voyeurism.
NY Pizzeria is in the heart of Trumansburg and it almost seems as if everyone from town will stop or walk by, so kick back, enjoy the view, and bask in the feeling of being treated like a local in a small town full of locals and not so locals (and you might even see Whoopi Goldberg while you are there).
