The new owners at Rogan's Corner make a full-flavored pizza that is sure to be a hit with the IC crowd and would be our choice for pizza after a long night out on the town.
The cheese was nicely browned and generous, it had a pleasant bite to it. All the cheese does make it an oily pizza but I like oily pizza as the oil adds great flavor
The crust is really great, fluffy, airy and chewy; the crust ends are a nice contrast to the flat center and the ends add a heft to the pie making the pizza filling.
The sauce is lively but not overly spiced, the tomato taste really stands out.
Toppings are generous and bountiful (there are over 30 to choose from), the pepperoni was special, with nice zest; the mushrooms were surprisingly canned - but they worked well with the pepperoni.
